剧情简介：

鋼琴天才程岳（言承旭飾演）靠著母親在九份賣芋圓賺錢養他長大，他的音樂天份也終於大放光芒，並且在音樂界有著美好的未來，他和大提琴手顏睿珊（曾愷玹飾演）在音樂界是一對金童玉女，兩人有著共同的夢想…

一場捨身救人的車禍，讓董小鹿（關穎飾演） 這個到九份觀光的大陸女孩，闖入了程岳 的世界，而車禍也毀了程岳彈鋼琴的手… 毀了夢想…

不能再演奏鋼琴的程岳，離開台灣到世界 各地去流浪，後來落腳大陸上海，並和董小 鹿意外重逢、兩人從互相討厭到彼此了解， 還發生…

而其實熱情、善良、又雞婆的小鹿， 早已在車禍當年，就患下了不治之症…
